How to Connect to Support?
- Navigate to the ‘Connect to Support’ option in the Services section above.
- On the following page, fill out the form on the left by entering your Name, Email, and the Message detailing your queries.
- Once completed, click on the ‘Submit’ button. (If you don’t see the Submit option, place your cursor in the message box and scroll down.)
- You’ll receive a confirmation message stating, ‘Your message was sent successfully!’
- Our support team will reach out to you promptly to assist you.
Setup Your Device
- Select the ‘Setup Your Device’ option from the Services section above.
- On the next page, you’ll see a list of printer types, including Deskjet, Officejet, and Laserjet. Click on the type of printer you own.
- After selecting your printer, a new tab will open prompting you to enter your Email Address. Provide the email and click ‘Next’.
- On the following page, choose your Country Code and enter your Contact Number.
- A confirmation box will appear stating, ‘A ticket has been generated. Kindly wait for a technician to call you.’
- You can also choose the ‘Request a Callback’ or ‘Chat Now’ option for immediate assistance.
Set up your Printer through , follow these steps:
1. Unpack the Printer
Remove all stickers, tape, and wrapping materials from the outside and inside of the printer, including the door and scanner cover.
2. Prepare for Setup
Open the scanner cover and remove any bundled materials. Additionally, remove any protective wrapping inside the ink cartridge area. Ensure the photo plate and internal components are free from any tape or packaging.
3. Adjust Paper Guides
Slide the paper guides to the appropriate width and ensure all wrapping materials are removed from the input tray.
4. Organize Tools and Accessories
Open all accessories, cables, and items included in the package. Make sure no packaging materials are left on the printer.
5. Connect to Power and Configure Settings
Plug the printer into a power supply. Turn it on and configure basic settings like language, region, and time.
